This is an update based on the latest patch released for the PS4 and Xbox One.
Update The patch for the PS4 and Xbox One will ship on January 6th 2013.

There are still a variety of improvements and improvements to the following achievements
Improved stability between changes made as the patch progresses.
Improved performance and stability within the new gameplay mechanics.
We were very happy to announce that we will be reworking the main game’s performance features when it finally makes its way to the Xbox One and Xbox 360 (which is when the patch will hit the store in January).
These new features will all be added in a new patch on January 6th.

The first time you play a new game, you’ll receive an online trophy.
The next time you play, you’ll receive achievements for winning the challenge.
Once you’ve completed all the achievements, you’ll receive an online trophy.
Added new Unlock all Achievements mode which lets you collect all the achievement points in single-use games.
Added a tutorial to a lot of different game modes which guides you through the story.
Fixed a few bugs that were causing some players to experience issues in certain locations in-game, such as
A large amount of time was lost between a kill and completing an achievement.
Fixed several glitches that were causing some players to crash and hang.
