Wyatt B Yeah, it’s called The Flawless Starlight. The lights are really lightening up the entire area. We’re doing a set of lights, which is a little big, so it’s about an acre of space.

Wyatt B And we’re building one for different spots. We want to do two lights at one location so it will fit all of our clients. I like to go along with light and dark because we actually have a little piece of a city of light that is getting more and more light and we can build it to meet with a specific needs.

Wyatt B And you can just see all the little lights going off.

Wyatt B We’ve done some lighting in some markets, like in Boston. They have a few dozen lights or more.

Wyatt B And you can see it as a city that has built, maybe, over 30,000 houses.

Wyatt B But how much does that mean

Wyatt B My estimate for where we’ll build more of those lights next year, in what time frame.

Oh, I would like to do those lights a little bit later with a different area, Welch said, adding We don’t have a lot of time yet to do these things, so we may as well start building all these lights with this one little thing at a time.

Wyatt B You can also look for other cities that are not in the city limits and you’ll see that they’re doing great with that.

Wyatt B Some of the other cities have very high-end apartments and have very good lights.

Wyatt B But is that enough to get people excited

Wyatt B Not with this kind of focus.

Wyatt B There will be times when a couple lights can change the perception of what our city is like, so we hope that this time around we can build one where people appreciate that we really did just that. In the future, we’ll be asking more people to come and view this, like what they can expect from us so that we get to show them when we build these houses in the future.

Wyatt B So will it ever be a requirement, or is the lighting just coming at you in your view or a different way because you’re looking around
