You might have a good career as a writer on a big business project. But many of you might not be a good manager. Many writers are self-employed. Don’t get your head turned. Your career could be on the line, but don’t be afraid. If you make it out to the point, you are going to be fine.

A little while ago, I published an article on self-management from a business consultant named Joe H. Stokes. I mentioned on the topic that I am a big business owner and can get hired on short notice. It has been quite busy so my advice to you is not to ignore my advice. I am confident that if the situation strikes you, I can find you a professional role on a bigger company. It might not make it as an entrepreneur, but I am convinced that you can have a strong career on a bigger company and keep your company’s top brass busy with their duties.

What is your advice to young and inexperienced entrepreneurs

First of all, you don’t want people to expect you to be happy or successful. You don’t want them to expect you to be great. There are times when you cannot be great. Your job is to make the right decisions. There are times where you do everything right. You can do everything for your company. If you can make the right decisions that will get results, you will take control of the company.

If you have to start over, you will not have the resources to build your business. The best advice would be to leave the management position. You can do it the hard way, but it is your job.

If you cannot make good choices or do not know what to do, you will not succeed because that’s not your job. I do not have any idea what I should do and am more discouraged than if I could do that, so I might as well change my mind before it comes to it.

Let’s look at this as an example. Consider this. You started your company in 2012. The initial investors were looking for a leader to succeed. You have a very good team. You can hire a person from outside the company who is experienced. This has several benefits

You can hire good quality people. You can hire a lot of them. That’s really good news

You can be more flexible, and you can find a job that you can work in as a team leader.
