This petition is an official response to Mr. Trump’s statement that the Supreme Court should stay the ruling on a federal class-action lawsuit against the Obama Department of Justice which is based purely on President Obama’s executive order on refugees and Muslims. I hereby request the Court of Appeals to hear the petition for the decision from Mr. Trump with all necessary administrative and legal review. The Court of Appeals will hear the case on Sept. 19.

I am in favour of the petition in the following ways
