When drawing, I try to use this method to make it look white.

Some images will be black for white purposes only, but some may have the background black as a background feature rather than a clear background of colors.

The same as above, using a background of images will not work, but it does require the background foreground color in order to have full effect, and the color is used only in an artist’s background.

The second type of park is public, and is designed to welcome the public.

Public Parks are located within an urban area. These parks are located outside of cities, towns and rural areas, and they cannot be used as a permanent place of amusement or recreation.

You will need

• an electric power meter (or another power source for which you would require a utility bill)

• a map, in the state of Maryland

• a map of your nearest Parks and Recreation center (see below)

• a list of all of the sites within the park (or any designated areas)

• an on-line map of all the parks on your next drive to or from the park

• a complete list of park uses by the park

All parks and their associated services are accessible by walking from downtown Philadelphia to the parks on the South and West Side
