I’m not saying they’ve been good witnesses and they will get on that bridge at some point. He did, however, take a personal hit when NBC, the network that hosted the podcast, decided not to renew after the program’s creator, Matt Lauer, accused the host of sexual assault.

Now, there’s no way to know exactly how many sexual assaults took place. But the fact is that Cressey doesn’t have anything like a problem with his fellow law colleagues at Fox News. While Cressey has repeatedly been accused of sexual harassment and assault in the past, he has no one in place to handle any of it himself.

When Cressey first took the stand against a sexual assault charge, in March, he told jurors that he was fucked up after watching videos on the Fox News website of his son’s sexual antics.
