Gadriel was a mountaintop adventurer from Thedas, who took on the role of the captain. Originally from a clan belonging to the Horde, he joined the Royal Navy in 2099 and made an initial appearance on Azeroth with Gul’dan. This led to Garena becoming Gagor, the only surviving member of the Royal Navy, and serving in the Legion under Captain Kael’thas.1 His first mission as captain of the Royal Navy was to help guide Azeroth’s Horde into a state of peace. After serving alongside his fellow sailors, Garena found an opportunity to help out the local citizens, finding and protecting the remaining Horde warriors from the Dark Eldar.

When not raiding or raiding, Garena joined the Legion in the 2023rd century. Having successfully served two generations of Azeroth’s former warriors, the two-horned mountaines, they are known as Gadriel for War or Gagor’s army.
