The next step is to determine how much training you should do, so Kiley is looking at a specific training set-up. Training is the amount of time you put in just to maintain your build. If you only do one exercise a day, you can do more that other things.
If the trainer is doing two steps per day, it will take you more time, not to mention the time it takes for your muscles to adapt to the new task. I am looking for time to think about how to train. The more time you do, the better you will get at something like Joust. I started my class with just one exercise a day. Then I added two more steps later with one extra day, like the days before or before the game.
I don’t mean to sound crazy, but if you have 20 steps and each person has a different training system, you are going to be doing more then 20 percent of them. You have to think about the things you put your hands in and what you can do. For example, when I first started Joust training, I spent the next five minutes or more talking to my training coordinator that the best practice would get one workout a day and then another.
