LOUISVILLE, KY - A Kentucky medical marijuana dispensary on the first floor of the Old Courthouse complex near the Louisville city line has been suspended after a video surfaced showing the owner and owner of the business, Rick Kiesler, yelling to the staff Hey, come on, shut the shit up and go work for the people of Louisville.

Kiesler has not been charged in the alleged incident, an announcement on his behalf by the owners said.

The man who allegedly fired Kiesler from the business said that he was on the phone with a lawyer. He said he wanted a full medical marijuana registry and a license.

The video was posted on the Facebook page of the Lexington Courier-Journal, where the Courier-Journal has already linked to, and in fact has been taken down.

Kiesler is a licensed medical cannabis retailer, and as part of the KY Dispensary Business Development Program, he is listed on his employer’s website with a new, current license in his name and a new business plan with new operations.

There, he has to show proof of employment or pay within three days of his starting of employment.

In July, it was reported that Kiesler was arrested after two undercover FBI agents were in Louisville carrying undercover agents around and interviewing people about marijuana distribution, and they learned of his arrest on Feb. 20.

They then seized two additional marijuana related warrants and he was placed upon his probation before getting charged, according to the newspaper.
