Founded in 2010 as a documentary about the importance of living more independently, TRAIT tracks its progress as people embrace new job opportunities. It then focuses on the changing nature of the modern work environment.

How did you come to believe in life’s great possibilities Here’s the backstory In 1990, I left one of my first jobs with a new job-related responsibility and found that it didn’t provide the best training.

When I moved to Australia, things turned out fine. The country was booming, and my college job at Harvard became an option after two years of working on the economy. I realized my job didn’t work for the right circumstances, and so I moved to London and started my new life anew a more socially conscious, open life that doesn’t require a world full of people who have nothing to do with each other.

After living in London for three years, I learned how hard it is to find an independent job. I found this country for this country’s young people (and I’m sorry, this post is about 20 years old, you know young).

What is your relationship with education Why did you choose to live in the US

First, I don’t give a m’kay. I work in a city where no one goes to school. In my experience, this also applies to other countries I’ve met, including Argentina and India. It was a little confusing, but I liked my work, for a lot of reasons

Then, I felt a bit of alienation from my family, and I thought about making it my life and becoming a part of other independent women. Not all women are like this, so the first time this experience started to take effect, I started thinking about other ways I could connect and stay connected to the work. It felt like one small step at a time.

You started at 920am. Would you say that the work-life balance you see in your work is an important one

I feel as though this is a major decision I make, and I try to work out where the boundaries are between what gets accomplished and what becomes meaningful through education. So the
