It’s unclear exactly what Lola was thinking, but when approached by Variety, she said that the experience was a step in the right direction - and she was certainly on board with what came out of the clip.

The House Intelligence Committee is taking part in a hearing that will likely be viewed by the media as proof that Russian meddling is a serious question.

The committee is asking for a new analysis of allegations that Russia attempted to interfere in the 2016 election with Democratic National Committee staffers. In response, the committee is asking how the committee classified the emails, which were released by WikiLeaks and contained damaging information.

The committee finds that there were no significant evidence of collusion to interfere in the 2016 U.S. election or other political activities conducted in the course of the U.S. election, nor any proof that Russian interference did not occur, said Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.

The committee’s hearings will focus on the FBI’s view that the Russian government attempted to interfere with last week’s presidential election through hacking of Democratic Party emails.
